‘God’s clinic’ cares for thousands - The Christian Chronicle

CHRISTIAN RESPONSE: Good works are not a goal, but a means to the goal of evangelizing souls for the Kingdom of God. We should be commending Hopewell Medical Clinic & Longmont CoC for their commitment to using their medical and other talents as a means to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We should be challenged by God's love to consider, 'do we have untapped resources in our life that we could be using for God'? Some have extra building space, some have extra time to pray or serve, but all of us have people God's put around us to have compassion on.

Matthew 5:16 - "Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven."

Ephesians 2:10 - "For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them."

Matthew 15:32 - "Then Jesus called his disciples unto him, and said, I have compassion on the multitude, because they continue with me now three days, and have nothing to eat: and I will not send them away fasting, lest they faint in the way."
