What We Believe

What to expect: The most important emphasis of our lives is to glorify God. He has done awesome things, and we want to sit at His feet, express our thanks and praises unto Him, and honor Him by learning more of Him. At each of the services, there is emphasis on praise and worship, and especially verse by verse study of God's Word.

Praise and Worship: The focus of the Worship Ministry is God Himself. The ministry of worship and praise is intended to draw our hearts into an attitude of joyful praise and reflection as we offer up to God.

Biblical Instruction: Learning more of Him is another expression of our faith. As we seek Him through His Word, we continually discover that He is more wonderful than we imagined. Learning more of Him leads us to put less confidence in ourselves and trust more in Him. Pastor Dan teaches verse-by-verse through God's Word. By exploring the Bible in this manner, our hope is to increase your own appetite to study the Word on your own and discover the life changing truths that are contained within!

So Here It Is:
We believe worship of God should be spiritual.
THEREFORE: We remain flexible and yielded to the leading of the Holy Spirit to direct our worship.

We believe worship of God should be inspirational.
THEREFORE: We give a great place to music in our worship.

We believe worship of God should be intelligent.
THEREFORE: Our services are designed with great emphasis upon teaching the Word of God that He might instruct us how He would be worshiped.

We believe worship of God should be fruitful.
THEREFORE: We look for His love in our lives as the supreme manifestation that we have truly been worshiping Him.

We believe the Bible to be the inspired, the only infallible, authoritative Word of God and inerrant in the original writings.

We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons, Father, Son and Holy Ghost.

We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ,
in His virgin birth, in His sinless blood, in His miracles,
in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection,
in His ascension to the right hand of the Father and His personal return in power and glory.

We believe that the lost and sinful man must be saved, and that man's only hope of redemption is through the shed blood of Jesus Christ, the Son of God.

We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit by who's indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a Godly life.

We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the unsaved, they that are saved unto the resurrection of life and they that are unsaved unto the resurrection of damnation.

We believe in the spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ.

We believe that anyone who wills to come to Christ may do so, therefore we reject “5-point Calvinism” (i.e., a fatalistic Calvinistic view that leaves no room for free will; specifically. We reject the belief that Jesus’ atonement was limited, instead we believe that He died for all people, and we reject the assertion that God’s wooing grace cannot be resisted or that He has elected some people to go to hell.

We believe that the nation of Israel has a special place in God’s plan and that all the promises of the God of Israel will be fulfilled. We believe that the nation of Israel remains central to God’s prophetic and redemptive plan, and that the biblical covenants and promises made by God to the physical descendants of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob — including those concerning the land, the nation, and the blessing — are eternal, unconditional, and irrevocable (Genesis 12:1–3; Genesis 17:7–8; Romans 11:29).. We reject all forms of Replacement Theology, also known as Supersessionism, as well as Fulfillment Theology and Expansion Theology, which teach—either overtly or subtly—that the Church has replaced, fulfilled, or expanded beyond Israel in such a way that God's promises to national Israel are forfeited, redefined, or transferred to the Church. These theological systems undermine the literal interpretation of Scripture, the faithfulness of God, and the future role of ethnic Israel in His redemptive purposes. While Gentile believers are grafted in to the spiritual blessings of salvation through Christ (Romans 11:17–24), this does not nullify or absorb the distinct and ongoing role of ethnic Israel. In Scripture, the Church and Israel are distinct entities: the Church is a spiritual body composed of both Jew and Gentile, made one through faith in Christ (Ephesians 2:14–16), while Israel remains a chosen nation with a unique and irrevocable calling (Romans 11:1–2). We affirm that national Israel will one day recognize Jesus (Yeshua) as their Messiah, in fulfillment of Romans 11:25–27 and Zechariah 12:10. This future national repentance will be the catalyst for the Second Coming of Christ, as Jesus Himself declared in Matthew 23:39: “For I say to you, you shall see Me no more till you say, ‘Blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord!’” (Baruch Haba B’shem Adonai). At that time, Jesus will return in glory, defeat His enemies, and establish His Millennial Kingdom, reigning from Jerusalem in fulfillment of God’s promises (Revelation 20:1–6; Isaiah 2:2–4).
