Putting barriers in place to block sinful lusts is a good thing but are completely ineffective unless we've first experienced the receipt of a NEW HEART at the foot of the cross of Jesus. The heart we're born with is desperately wick, we need a new heart of the Spirit of God's power within us. Further, many fail at this point because don't see our need of DAILY coming to the Lord in prayer asked for the power of the Spirit to avoid temptation and live in the light! As Christians, we have power to gain the victory available, let's use it!

Jeremiah 17:9 - "The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it?"

Ezekiel 36:26-27 - "A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh. And I will put my spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes, and ye shall keep my judgments, and do them."
