Submit a written letter of one to five paragraphs on the given topic.  Alternatively, you may take a 1-5 minute video of yourself addressing the topic.  All letters of videos should begin with "This is what 'FILL IN THE BLANK' means to me".  Then pose for a picture to go with you submission and you're done!
